Flat Pace

Optional for power users: adjust the gradient model, tactics, special sections, breaks, and other details.

Gradient model

Neutral is 0 ± 0.5%. For all other bands, starting values are derived from the flat pace.

All pace values are editable. Format: m:ss per km.

Band Gradient Pace
Tactic

Many runners aim for 50:50 or a slight negative split.

Special Segments Optional

Define individual sections with your own pace. This is useful for known technical passages, a longer climb with a well-known target pace, planned walking sections, or other parts of the route where the standard model is intentionally replaced. Logic: Start is inclusive, end is exclusive, so 16-19 km applies to sections 16-17, 17-18, and 18-19. For each draft, Avg, Min, and Max slope of the route are calculated.

Optional: Define the segment, view the gradient, and set a fixed pace if needed.

Breaks Optional

Set optional break points with km and duration.

Optional: Define and save a break point with duration.
