Responsible for data processing on this website is currently Sven Dunker as a privately operated hobby project, Grundgasse 13a, 58840 Plettenberg. Further details can be found in the imprint.
3. what data is stored?
We only process the data required to operate the tool: User name, e-mail address (if provided), password (stored securely encrypted) and planning-related information. No other personal data is collected.
4 Purpose of data processing & disclosure
The stored data is used exclusively to create your training plan and manage your user account. It will not be passed on to third parties.
5. data security
Your data is protected by proven security measures - such as encrypted password storage (PBKDF2 with Salt) and role-based access controls.
6 Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and transfer your stored data at any time. Just send us an email at info@dunmove.com
7. cookies & external content
This website uses technically necessary cookies, particularly the Flask session cookie and a cookie for language selection. Some external services or CDNs (e.g., Google Fonts, jsDelivr, and unpkg) are integrated for fonts and certain libraries; in this process, the IP address may be transmitted to these providers. If Matomo is activated in the production environment, it may also collect pseudonymous usage data for reach measurement and can use cookies depending on its configuration.

This privacy policy may be amended from time to time. We will inform you of any significant changes in a clearly visible manner on the website.
9. hosting & server operation
Our application is hosted on our own VPS at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. All data that you enter when using our tool (e.g. login information, training data) is processed and stored on this server. There is an order processing contract with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, insofar as Hetzner processes personal data on our behalf in the context of hosting. The server location is in Germany and therefore within the EU.
10. logging with Better Stack (logs / telemetry)
For the technical monitoring and logging of our application, we use "Better Stack Logs" (formerly "Logtail"), a service of Better Stack Inc, USA. The processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Details: https://betterstack.com/dpa For technical error analysis, we use a randomly generated session ID that is stored locally in the browser. This ID is used exclusively for the traceability of user interactions in the event of errors and cannot be traced back to individual persons.
